There are more than 100 logs to collect in total so donвЂ™t fret about missing one or two. Logs serve little purpose beyond fleshing out Dead Space 2вЂ™s story and are lying around everywhere.

There are more than 10 semiconductors in the game, but they can be sold for heaps of cash so itвЂ™s wise to seek as many out as you can. Semiconductors are typically found in supply caches after defeating tougher enemies like Brutes or Tripods.

There are more than 10 schematics in Dead Space 2 so you donвЂ™t need to collect them all for this achievement. Try to keep at least one spare Power Node on hand at all times to ensure you donвЂ™t miss any. Schematics are used to unlock new weapons/upgrades at the shop, and are usually found behind locked Power Node doors.

The Engineer (10 GS/Silver) - Collect 10 schematics.

They are identified by their green color and glowing white corners. Containers stuffed with ammunition and money are found throughout The Sprawl.
